Our goal is that you are completely content with purchase from our website. We take great pride in our craftsmanship and our products. Customer service is top priority for us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to make your return process as easy as possible. Please be aware for the following terms for returned merchandise:
· Returns will only be granted 30 days after original purchase date.
· A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned merchandise.
· Exchanges will be granted only on defective pieces due to the failure of structural integrity
· Shipping charges will only be refunded if there was an error on the part of Hacienda Interiors, INC.
· You may choose to return items to our address via any carrier of your liking at your own expense. We will not cover shipping costs for return items.
· Credit will be issued after the return and processing of returned merchandise only to the original form of purchase.
· All returns must have original invoice and a complete Return Authorization Form.
· THERE IS NO RETURN ON ANY CUSTOM ORDERS.
· We reserve the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of any items for any reason at anytime.
